Kindly Note: Handling and production time are not included in estimated ship times!

All products will go through a production process, so there will be a Handling Time associated with them. This time includes transit time.

Taking care of time: 1 – 2 Work days (Monday to Friday)

We will send you an email with the relevant information once your order is shipped. The tracking information will be available within one to two business days.

Postponed Bundle:

We have laid out associations with every one of our transporters and mean to convey all bundles inside the cited time period. Please be aware that we cannot be held accountable for package delays that may occur as a result of inclement weather, incorrect address information, or carrier-related issues that are beyond our control. When it comes to reshipments, claims, or lost packages, we will do our best to resolve every issue for all of our customers.

We will process a reshipment of the order in the event that a package has been misplaced, lost, or we are unable to verify delivery using tracking information. Bundles that show an affirmed conveyance from the transporter will be dependent upon examination and not qualified for a discount until settled. Taxes, duties, and customs:

Customs assessments, obligations or import charges are the obligation of the client to be paid. The final delivery of the package to your country or destination is not covered by us in any way. Please be aware that the amounts of these fees cannot be predicted because they vary according to country laws and policies. A refund will not be given if a package is returned because the paid taxes and customs fees were not accepted.
